At Marston Holdings, we’re passionate about creating opportunities for our people to learn, develop and progress. Through our Early Careers team, we’re committed to helping colleagues across the business start, succeed and complete their apprenticeship journey.
That commitment was recently recognised on a national stage when our Early Careers team proudly received Gold at the UK Contact Centre Awards, a fantastic achievement that reflects the dedication and support they provide to apprentices across the Group.
This month, we’re delighted to celebrate 7 colleagues who have successfully completed their apprenticeships. Their hard work, commitment and determination are something to be incredibly proud of, and we congratulate each of them on this fantastic milestone.

We’d also like to thank the managers, mentors and colleagues who have supported our apprentices throughout their journey. Apprenticeships are a team effort, and your encouragement plays a vital role in helping our learners succeed.
