To add value to our clients, our core major projects team can draw upon inhouse services of traffic modelling, transportation, structures, landscape and urban design, lighting, health and safety, CDM, road safety auditing, procurement, communication and engagement and Construction Logistics Planning.   

These professional services are tailored to the appropriate project stage from concept design, business case development, technical design, construction and post-construction. With increasing pressures on budget and resource we ensure that project outcomes have the lowest possible maintenance regimes while remaining safe and compliant, and that new assets are robust and practical to assist the asset management planning phase.

Through our portfolio of projects delivered, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) experience and contract management we can refine programme and costs effectively.

As part of our service delivery we procure, manage and monitor appropriate surveys, investigations, environmental services and planning requirements to ensure that the scheme has the right quality of data to inform design.

Our projects seek to incorporate SMART Infrastructure, and this is supplemented by our experience in Highways Asset Management Planning and inhouse air quality division Vortex, specialising in the design, provision and management of air quality management systems.

Building Information Modelling (BIM)

Using our expertise in BIM we underpin collaborative design processes, assist workflows and document control. Typical applications include, data exchange and integration, clash detection of utilities, 2D and 3D modelling and design validation. 

BIM facilities well-informed decisions though data control and can provide more effective and efficient design. We provide BIM training and support across the multi-disciplined projects and clients.
