Make an offer of payment

The offer for payment is for High Court Judgments only, where your reference number starts with a H followed by 13 numbers. If the case relates to a different matter, then please contact us on 0333 320 1822. If you are unable to pay the balance due in full, it may be possible to pay the balance via instalments. Any offer needs to be agreed to by ourselves and the claimant who you owe the money to.

Making an offer to repay may still require an Enforcement Agent to attend your address. Please call 0333 320 2540 to discuss this further. We would recommend that when making an offer you also make your first payment here or by speaking with us on 0333 320 2540.

In any event, your first payment is required on or by the date you are proposing, before the offer can be considered, and we may need evidence of your income and expenditure. Please note that if you fail to keep up with payments this will invalidate your offer and further enforcement action may follow, possibly with additional costs for which you would be liable.

Please complete your income and expenditure details below. This information can then be used in conjunction with the client when considering your offer.
