Gareth Hughes stands down as Chief Executive
Gareth Hughes has stood down as Chief Executive Officer of Marston Holdings after almost 10 years in that role, and more than 20 years’ service to the Company.
Steve Callaghan has been appointed Executive Chairman to lead in an interim capacity with the continued support of the Executive team, which has a combined tenure of over 30 years’ experience, and with whom he has worked closely since his appointment as Non-Executive Chairman in June 2021.
Steve has had several CEO roles in technology-enabled businesses over the past 25 years, and brings a wealth of transportation, sustainability and leadership experience. He will help Marston Holdings deliver its ongoing strategy for growth as it seeks a Chief Executive Officer with a broad base of experience that reflects its diversified offering, and its continued evolution to a technology-enabled business.
