It is National Apprenticeship week, where parents, teachers, employers and young people can get involved and celebrate the advantages of schemes that begin life changing careers. This week encourages the apprenticeship community to take part by hosting recruitment events, parents’ evenings, workplace tours or even simply sharing personal experiences to promote the opportunity. Project Centre is proud to announce that our apprenticeship scheme has now launched with two new starters. These Civil Engineering apprentices will be engaging with planning, design, highways and traffic engineering and landscape architecture by joining ambitious and diverse teams such as Traffic, Parking and Engagement.
As part of Project Centre’s apprenticeship scheme, we provide the resources to pursue a Civil Engineering degree at the University of West London which will allow them to become fully-fledged engineers within the organisation after the apprenticeship ends. They will be part of a wide variety of projects with hands on experience from inception to implementation, providing them with comprehensive understanding of our process.
In an increasingly competitive industry, we understand the value of recruiting those who are starting their careers. By nurturing their development as professionals and tailoring their skillsets, we can ensure that they become the important members of high performing teams. A big welcome to Jack Boustead and Ilyas Tekin. We hope to see them thrive in their new roles and can’t wait to see their future achievements.
