The Manchester City Council & NSL Debt Management Team has been shortlisted for the Parking Partnerships Award at the British Parking Awards 2025!
Launched in 2020, the partnership has delivered a fundamental shift in how persistent evaders and vehicles of interest are managed. By combining data-driven enforcement with a human-centred approach, the team has quadrupled levels of recovered debt while ensuring fairness and dignity for those facing financial challenges.
