The challenge
A sole trader (plumber) owed money to a supplier and invoices had been ignored.
Our solution
Marston Recovery received a High Court Writ of Control in respect of the money owed. Our Enforcement Agent attended the defendant’s home and later spoke with the defendant over the phone. An agreement was made to pay the full amount over six months.
The impact
The supplier agreed to the arrangement and Marston Recovery monitored and collected the instalments until the balance was paid in full
